Oak & Lumen ships furniture orders according to the product, order destination, package dimensions, weight, and applicable delivery requirements.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated according to the size of the furniture and the applicable shipping requirements.
Shipping fees start at $20.95+ and may increase depending on the size, weight, quantity, packaging requirements, and destination of the furniture.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment authorization.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability and the nature of the furniture ordered.
Customers should review the applicable product and checkout information for available processing and delivery estimates.
Delivery
Furniture delivery times may vary depending on:

Any delivery estimate provided by Oak & Lumen is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after a carrier receives the shipment.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please carefully review apartment, unit, building, street, city, state, and ZIP code information before submitting an order.
Additional charges may apply if a shipment needs to be redirected or reshipped because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided by the customer.
Delivery Inspection
For furniture orders, customers are encouraged to inspect the package and furniture upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage, please document the condition with photographs and contact us at hello@oakandlumen.us as soon as reasonably possible.
Delays
Although we work to provide reliable delivery service, delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when a delivery issue is reported.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping or reshipment costs may apply.
